SERVICE FIRST STAFFING CNC Laser Operator in WAUSAU, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Set up and load materials into the CNC machine, ensuring proper alignment and accuracy. Operate Amada EML machine for production fabrication. Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine cutting specifications. Hold all dimensions according to blueprint specifications. Perform routine maintenance on the CNC Laser Cutting system to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and achieve high-quality results. Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and customer requirements. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure quality parts.
