Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Waukesha, Wisconsin
IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS
PAY $28-$34
Description:
Responsibilities:
Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance requirements (both planned and unplanned) on production, packaging, processing equipment and utility systems (to provide a continuous supply of heat, steam, cooling, electrical, power, gar or air required for operation)
Electrical and ammonia experience is required.
Readily available for emergency repairs in breakdown situations.
Read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Complete work orders in a timely manner maintaining high quality standards.
Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production.
Responsible for reporting unsafe conditions to manager along with and food safety violations.
Comply with HACCP and GMP protocols for production.
Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements as trained.
Maintain safe work practices at all times.
Ensure good housekeeping in area where working.
Perform other tasks as negotiated with supervisor.
Skills:
Maintenance technician, mechanical, preventive maintenance, electrical, pneumatics, schematic, Blueprint,
2+ years maintenance experience preferably in a GMP regulated environment
2+ years troubleshooting mechanical issues
Blueprint reading experience and electrical schematics are a plus
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level
