Waukesha State Bank\'s Operations Manager/Information Security Officer (OM/ISO) oversees the daily operations of the bank. This role manages the Operations Department and oversees the departmental service standards & goals for the Deposit Services/Card Services/Fraud Departments, Purchasing/Facilities/Maintenance/Mailroom Departments, and the Information Technology/Electronic Banking/Payroll Complete Departments. The OM/ISO also works to identify threats to the Bank, assess Bank vulnerability, and determine risk - implementing control strategies to reduce risk. Finally, this role acts as the Bank\'s BSA Officer - overseeing the Bank Secrecy Act, Information Security, and Identity Theft.
