Verify attendance and participation documents Create reports, complete basic data analysis, and offer recommendations to Operations Supervisor and team (including data gathering via the computer system, attendance and participation documents, or other available information) Maintains precise record of attendance and provide summary reports of activity Preform quality analysis of scanned document, ensure accuracy and readability of records, and save in the correct file location following State handbook guidelines and scan codes Spot check to make sure documents and files are under the correct code; scan and validate documents Develop and communicate best practices to Operations Supervisor and team through written workflows or small unit trainings Promptly answers incoming calls and respond to voice messages within 24 hours of receipt Other duties as assigned that support operational or administrative work flowsQualifications High School diploma or GED. 1-2 years clerical experience in an office setting preferred; additional education not required but desirable Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Requires good organization skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professional Must have professional oral and written communication skills; good grammar, spelling and typing skills Must be able to handle sensitive materials and maintain confidentialityAdditional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
