Description
Client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to assist with projects and enhancements supporting their Global Unified Communications division. The UC Project Manager will be responsible for helping support Client's enhancements to their contact center environment (Cisco CCX, Avaya & Five9). Additionally, this role will support and manage some of their UC operations initiatives related to eFax, SIP circuit upgrades and ticket automation. Candidates should have strong experience supporting Unified Communications initiatives and possess strong project management fundamentals, including: developing project plans, managing budget, coordinating change windows, tracking status and reporting. Candidate will need to have strong organizational, communication and follow up skills to ensure that milestones and timelines are being met. Experience working on Contact Center migrations or implementations is desired. Prior experience with Five9 is a plus.

Client needs a Technical Project Manager to support upgrades, deployments and enhancements to their Global Unified Communications environment. This will help Client with their efforts to upgrade, modernize and transform their UC environment to meet the changing and evolving business demands.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
