Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities:\ Perform maintenance and repair on material handling and packing equipment\ - Implement and install equipment, production lines and custom solutions\ - Diagnose, repair or adjust machines during production runs\ - Verify line clearances and setups to ensure quality standards are met\ - Perform comprehensive electrical diagnosis and wiring.\ - Assist with robotics repairs and maintenance\ - Perform and close out work order requests\ - Review production schedule and perform machine set-up, tear-down and necessary adjustments\ - Lead production changeovers and setups\ - Perform preventative maintenance checks during production and take appropriate corrective action\ - Order, catalog, and track materials, tools, and parts inventory necessary for maintenance and operations\ - Operate a variety of hand and power tools\ - Perform Lock Out Tag Out procedures
