Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Superintendent to provide overall leadership for on-site field administration, supervision, and technical management for all construction operations.
This role includes direct supervision of assistants, foremen, subcontractors, and other construction-related personnel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of work, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet or exceed profit goals.
This position focuses on ensuring a safe workplace, promoting and enhancing client relationships, and upholding the company image.
The ideal candidate will handle projects generally under $6 million in size.
Work Environment
The role involves significant work on K-12 and private construction projects, requiring daily presence on job sites and working in a trailer.
The Superintendent will provide field support and assist the Project Manager in the office to ensure timely project completion.
