Job Title: Entry Level Production Worker
Job Description
Join our dynamic production team in the role of General Production Worker, where you will assist in the preparation and assembly of materials for the construction industry. As a team player, you will be cross-trained in all areas of production, operating a variety of hand and power tools, and other machinery to cut and prepare steel for assembly. No prior experience is necessary, as we welcome candidates from physically demanding backgrounds who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fully on-site position in Washington, Missouri.
Work Environment
This role requires working in a non-climate controlled, dusty, and hot environment. Physical demands include lifting 60-pound components throughout the shift. Prescription contacts are not permitted; eyeglasses may be worn as needed. The position involves working up to 6 days per week in physically demanding conditions.
