M&C Tech Indiana Corp Public Relations Specialist in Washington, Indiana
The position is responsible for closely crafting and communicating our public image. The position is tasked with identifying community leaders, government officials, organizations, and individuals that we should actively seek to communicate our message to and build relationship with. The position is also charged with responding to any media requests that are directed towards MandC Tech. As to any organizations previously identified as important for MandC Techs public image and growth in the community, the position is responsible for ensuring that we regularly communicate our message to them in the form of press releases and other communications. The position is responsible for attending local community events on behalf of MandC Tech. In coordination with leadership and the local community, the position provides input into how to effectively provide support to applicable charity events and foundations. When required, the position coaches and advises MandC Tech leadership when they are contacted for interviews, community meetings, and other press inquiries. The position also actively participates in such events as needed. In the event of emergencies, accidents, or other issues of great public concern, the position is required to help formulate MandC Techs response.
Requirements: Bachelor's or above inJournalism, Public Relations, Communication or closely related field.
