Robert Half Sr. Administrative Assistant in Washington, District Of Columbia
Description We are offering a permanent position for a Sr. Administrative Assistant in the Financial Services industry, located in WASHINGTON, District of Columbia. This role requires a highly organized individual who will be responsible for various administrative and logistic tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the execution of logistics plans while adhering to set timelines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in the fulfillment of exhibit and 'must be eligible to work in the U.S.' logistics, distribution of logistical information, and verification of benefits fulfillment.
• Handle the requirements for meetings including audio-visual equipment, food and beverage/catering, conference transportation, and other logistics as directed.
• Support in collecting and organizing 'must be eligible to work in the U.S.' fulfillment expense estimates.
• Participate in the creation of on-site meeting collateral and conference giveaways, including finding, pricing, comparing, and delivery of conference items.
• Coordinate and support delivery of webinars and live day broadcasts.
• Manage shipping and inventory of event materials.
• Serve as the primary contact for conference delegates with inquiries regarding registration, housing, travel, payment, etc.
• Maintain hotel rooming lists and conference files & samples. Requirements • Proficiency in using Banner Ads for promotional purposes
• Hands-on experience with Concur for managing business expenses
• Solid understanding of CRM systems to manage and analyze customer interactions
• Proficiency in using About Time for effective time tracking and management
• Knowledge of Budget Processes and the ability to manage financial plans effectively
• Expertise in Calendar Management, ensuring smooth scheduling and organization of tasks
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
• Experience in coordinating and participating in Conference Calls
• Ability to Complete Expense Reports accurately and on time
• Familiarity with Concur Expense for tracking and managing business expenses
• Proven ability to Coordinate Logistics for events and business operations
• Demonstrable experience in coordinating Meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made
• Experience in Attending Conferences, representing the company and networking with industry professionals
• Efficient in Conference Call Coordination, ensuring seamless communication between team members and clients.
