Aston Carter Senior Administrative Assistant, CEO And Governance in Washington, District Of Columbia

Executive Assistant | Hybrid in Washington, DC | 65k - 68k/yr | 6-Month Contract-to-hire

Our client in Washington DC is hiring for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time permanent role and pay will vary based on years of experience. Qualified candidates will have an interview scheduled within 48 hours of resume submission.

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of administrative experience required.

  • Experience as an EA supporting VP level and above.

  • Calendar management experience.

  • Travel arrangement experience is required.

  • Business correspondence experience.

  • MS Office proficiency is required.

Job Description

  • Provides high-level administrative support to both CEO and Governance offices.

  • Manages meeting scheduling, calendar, and travel management for the CEO.

  • Handles expense reporting.

  • Supports meetings and events.

  • Assists with scheduling and executing committee meetings.

  • Tracks pertinent volunteer information.

  • Operates at a high pace with a sense of urgency.

  • Requires strong problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $68000.00
