Summary
Join our team and continue your mission as a Project Manager . We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support protective services at the Government Accountability Office's headquarters.
This position is contingent upon contract award and is not currently funded.
Responsibilities
What You'll Get To Do:
Serve as the focal point for all issues concerning workforce matters.
Responsible for the coordination and completion of all contract administration and work requirements.
Serve as point of contact for the government’s Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative.
Responsible for supervision of assigned personnel.
Responsible for maintaining staffing levels and uninterrupted post coverage.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
A. or B.S. Degree from an accredited college or university.
Six years of security or law enforcement experience that demonstrates supervisory and managerial experience.
If no bachelor’s degree the successful candidate will have an Associate’s degree and ten years of security or law enforcement experience to include 4 years of supervisory and managerial experience.
Must have demonstrated experience in fiscal management, budgeting and personnel administration.
Demonstrated experience to effectively manage a security force of 50 or more.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
Maintain poise and self-control under stressful conditions.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
