OLH, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a government industry leader, is looking for a Microsoft Azure Certified Systems Administrator – TS/SCI Required with an active Top Secret clearance to join our Team! This position is located in Washington, D.C.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) by providing technical expertise and documentation required for the ATO process.

  • Manage cloud-based infrastructures, particularly in Microsoft Azure and vSphere, ensuring seamless integration with on-premises resources.

  • Ensure secure access control and regulatory compliance within Microsoft Azure by managing identity frameworks and governance policies.

  • Have extensive experience implementing and managing Microsoft Azure storage solutions, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance data management.

  • Specialize in deploying and managing Microsoft Azure compute resources for dynamic and scalable cloud environments.

  • Configure and manage Azure Virtual Networks, including peering, subnets, Network Security Groups, and route tables, to ensure secure and optimized traffic flow.

  • Deploy Azure VPN Gateway and ExpressRoute for hybrid connectivity, along with continuous monitoring and maintenance of Azure resources.

  • Monitor and maintain Microsoft Azure resources to ensure optimal performance and security using Azure Monitor, Security Center, and Log Analytics to detect and resolve issues proactively.

  • Utilizing Azure Portal, Azure CLI, PowerShell, ARM templates, and Azure tools for efficient cloud resource deployment and management.

  • Manage Microsoft Entra ID to ensure secure identity access and governance.

  • Oversee system operations by ensuring security through regular virus and vulnerability scans, timely software updates, and patch management.

  • Proficient in the use of Azure Network Security Groups and Azure Firewall for network security and enforce role-based and conditional access controls via Microsoft Entra ID.

  • Respond to security directives by assessing compliance with Azure Security Center policies and addressing vulnerabilities through remediation plans.

  • Oversee system deployments by managing configurations, integrations, and operational readiness.

  • Develop and manage software backups using Azure Backup and Recovery Services Vault. Our solutions include configuring automated backup policies, ensuring secure storage, and enabling rapid recovery to maintain system integrity and availability.

  • Maintain a zero-trust security model, implementing strict access controls, multi-factor authentication, and least-privilege principles.

Position Requirements:

  • US Citizen.

  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

  • BS degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Computer Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.

  • Six (6) years of experience in systems, to include: Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment Support, and Test and Evaluation,

  • Six (6) years of technical experience in support of Specific Projects, to include:

  1. Extensive and thorough knowledge and experience with systems design, installation, documentation and system operational verification tests.

  2. Local Area/Wide Area Network design and configuration.

  3. Web services.

  4. Repair, maintenance, configuration control and management, and documentation.

  5. Experience with Government or commercial drawings standards and practices.

  6. Experience in the design of panel layouts and enclosures.

  • Nine (9) years of experience is preferred.
