OLH, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a government industry leader, is looking for a Juniper Certified Network Engineer – TS/SCI Required with an active Top Secret clearance to join our Team! This position is located in Washington, D.C.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise and documentation to support the ATO process
Maintain a zero-trust security model, implementing strict access controls, multi-factor authentication, and least-privilege principles
Configuring Juniper networking devices, such as MX routers and EX/QFX switches, to establish secure and efficient connections to Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
Configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, and evaluating network switches (EX, QFX, OCX, and VQFX series), as well as Routers and firewalls (MX, PTX, ACX, SRX, and NFX series)
Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, mainframes, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware
Installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues
Updating virus protection software to keep data and communications protected
Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for computer systems and networks
Communicating networking issues to other employees and management, especially in training new users
Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on-demand or from inspection of the systems
Implement, install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot and evaluate existing and new Juniper network switches, routers, Microsoft Windows servers and workstation operating systems.
Maintain network components, diagnostics and troubleshoot network devices.
Regularly confer with database programmers, analysts, other systems administrators, and users regarding current and prospective system changes and future needs.
Provide support to site-managed technical staff regarding system administration and usage.
Support efforts of technicians who are involved in diagnosing and correcting system related failures and performing system management activities; determine logical solutions to complex system administration and application problems.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Senior Systems Administrator, Technology or other appropriate administrator.
Position Requirements:
US Citizen.
Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
BS degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Computer Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
Six (6) years of experience in systems, to include: Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment Support, and Test and Evaluation,
Six (6) years of technical experience in support of Specific Projects, to include:
Extensive and thorough knowledge and experience with systems design, installation, documentation and system operational verification tests.
Local Area/Wide Area Network design and configuration.
Web services.
Repair, maintenance, configuration control and management, and documentation.
Experience with Government or commercial drawings standards and practices.
Experience in the design of panel layouts and enclosures.
- Nine (9) years of experience is preferred.
