Assistant Superintendent
Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Assistant Superintendent to manage overnight interior repair projects at a high-profile location. This role involves planning work activities, recognizing safety concerns, promoting safety and quality culture, and coordinating subcontractor scheduling. Responsibilities include supervising safety measures, procuring safety and work materials, producing daily reports, maintaining shop drawing information, and overseeing installations. The ideal candidate will assist in quality assurance, participate in meetings, manage small or close out large projects, and create or update project schedules. Work is primarily conducted on construction sites and in office trailers.

3+ years of construction management experience
Experience with federal or institutional projects

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Environment
This is a NIGHT SHIFT , fully on-site position in Washington, DC based on a construction site. The environment involves exposure to loud noises and requires wearing protective gear such as hardhats, safety glasses, and highly visible clothing.
