Aston Carter Administrative Assistant in Washington, District Of Columbia

Description:

This position provides administrative assistance to the Digital Transformation team related to the responsibilities described below. The position interacts with staff and contractors within the Digital Transformation team, the business units supported, and various ACS and CAS departments supporting the operations of the group.

Primary Responsibilities:

Duties may include all or part of the following:

  1. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the team

  2. Support the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication

  3. Supports invoice processing, creation of vouchers, and submission of requisitions

  4. Assists with month-end close process for timesheet and finance information

  5. Provides administrative support for Digital Transformation team, including entry of expense reports in Chrome River

  6. Assists with scheduling meetings and reserving conference rooms

  7. Responsible for editing existing and creating new process documents

  8. Supports the preparation of meeting materials

  9. Enters requests in support of on-boarding and separation processes

  10. Coordinates and enters catering requests and break area resupply orders

  11. Assists with planning and setup of group events

  12. Completes other duties as assigned

  13. Time Tracker administration

  14. Resource administration

  15. Records management
