Description
Robert Half, in partnership with a prestigious non-profit organization dedicated to fighting for economic justice for low to moderate income individuals and people of color, is seeking a passionate and professional National Services Representative. This role is pivotal in addressing the racial wealth disparity gap and supporting our mission through advocacy, community organizing, and outreach campaigns. The National Services Representative will serve as the frontline for member interactions, providing outstanding service, resolving issues, and contributing to advocacy and outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate is empathetic, professional, and committed to our mission.
Responsibilities:
Professionally answer incoming calls from the National Queue, effectively managing and defusing tense situations.
Collaborate with Members to resolve their concerns, utilizing the Lynx system for documentation.
Ensure prompt and efficient response to calls and inquiries.
Arrange appointments across departments for Members.
Support Members with accessing their Member Portal, including password resets.
Record complaint details in the Lynx system, including involved parties, complaint nature, and resolution.
Proactively contact Members as required.
Respond to emails from assigned follow-up lists diligently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of organizational policies and procedures to provide consistent and accurate responses.
Contribute to advocacy and outreach efforts, engaging with a broad network of community leaders and stakeholders.
Engage in advocacy campaigns, supporting the organization's mission to fight for economic justice.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to navigate and defuse challenging situations.
Experience with computer systems, preferably Lynx.
Organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks.
Deep commitment to social justice and the mission of the organization.
