Job Title: Air Barrier/Commercial Roofing Waterproofing
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee and perform air barrier and waterproofing installation to ABAA standards. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for installing detail membranes and liquid applied detail membranes, ensuring all work meets ABAA standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee and perform air barrier and waterproofing installation to ABAA standards
Oversee and perform installation of detail membrane and/or liquid applied detail membrane to ABAA standards
Operate airless sprayer
Use scaffolding and operate aerial lifts
Read blueprints
Work efficiently to complete projects on time and within budget
Coordinate work schedule with onsite superintendent
Review equipment and worksite daily to ensure compliance with OSHA standards
Document product usage daily and accurately
Work overtime and travel as needed
Essential Skills
Experience in waterproofing and roofing
Proficiency with spray guns and spray painting
Construction and painting skills
Blueprint reading
ABAA certification (preferred, but not required)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Punctuality
Valid driver's license with the ability to attain a medical card
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
Ability to work with other personnel and supervisors to ensure all site and crew activities are clear and correct
Leadership by example, including punctuality and proper use of break times
Ability to work in high-stress conditions and quickly changing environments
Excellent customer service
Ensure a clean job site
Ability to pass a drug screening as outlined in the employee handbook
Tolerance for heights and ability to work in extreme environmental conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
Ability to lift at least 60 lbs
High school diploma or its equivalent

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
