Job Description:
An Insight Global client is looking to add a Software Development Manager to their growing support team. This team is responsible for the support of 20+ Clients/Jurisdictions across the United States.
Responsibilities
Oversee, manage, and drive software support projects and operations
Interface with internal and external teams/stakeholders to align project goals and drive initiatives
Manage multiple jurisdictions/projects at once (10+ at a time)
Host/participate in stand up meetings to drive project goals
Coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, etc. via phone, teams calls, and email
Base Salary Compensation: $120,000-$130,000

Skills and Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, etc.
8+ years in application development and support.
5+ years experience handling product support issues.
Strong experience in back-end Java development.
Strong experience within SQL (syntax/database management).
Proficient with Windows, Web Services, etc.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and context switching. Plusses:
- OutSystems knowledge or experience
- Lottery Game experience
- Java Web Service experience null
