Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that receivables are collected promptly
Invoice customers
Record cash receipts and desktop bank deposits
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
Back up for daily bank reporting
Back up for accounts payable
Provide clerical and administrative support to office
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
Experience using ERP systems
Intermediate-level Excel user
Be able to multi-task (position can be fast paced at times)
Minimum of at least 3 years of Accounts Payable Receivable experience
