Fujitsu PreSales Consultant in Warszawa, Poland
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifies the customer requirements for the solution, building strong relationships and acting as a major influencer in the customer choice towards Fujitsu.
Provide the technical input to the RFIs and RFPs for small, medium or part of a big projects.
Maps the customer needs to the Fujitsu portfolio within their domain/areas of expertise in the most effective way.
Designs innovative, cost-effective solutions incorporating components from other contributing specialists.
Shapes technical proposals (Response document) to be commercially acceptable to the customer and proposes solution/service trade-offs when needed.
Participates in bid process, bid reviews, defends the solution and P&L creation. Ensures all solution elements fully comply with the company's governance and approval process.
Takes part in due diligence activities and necessary customer workshop activities as part of the solution development and bid processes.
Takes an active role: supporting or leading where necessary, in contract negotiations to ensure that the contract correctly represents the solution and offer.
Shares knowledge with colleagues to make a useful additions to Fujitsu’s knowledge base.
Represents Fujitsu at customer forums, conferences, and professional bodies to build Fujitsu’s reputation in the marketplace.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 4 years of professional experience in the IT presales environment as a presales.
Good practical knowledge of Data Center technologies and solutions, including Fujitsu.
Practical knowledge of hardware configuration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and executive summary presentation skills.
Experience with working with multiple teams and stakeholders including technical engineers, project managers, account managers, customer.
Knowledge of hardware and software products, e.g.: Oracle, Microsoft, VMware, Qumulo, Linux systems, etc.
Ability to write coherent, concise, and readable technical service documentation and persuasive, targeted and concise proposal documents.
Team player with a “can do” attitude.
Fluent English spoken/written (min. B1/B2).
Fluent Polish spoken/written
Proficient MS Office skills.
As an asset: Knowledge of Fujitsu Primergy & Eternus portfolio, knowledge of the Public Procurement Law (PZP).
