The role will primarily be the face of IT to business in the affiliates, with focus on ‘IT partnering’ to support local business strategy, providing IT guidance, implement and support delivery of solutions in coordination with Global/Regional IT teams.

The role is internally referred to as IT TSM (IT Technology Services Manager) and plays a client facing role, managing business demands, IT vendors, ensure implementation of Global IT policies, and to drive opportunities in terms of IT business alignment and simplification.

Regional Scope of responsibility: Poland, CZ, HU and Slovakia.

The IT Business Partner (IT BP) will:

• Act as a Business Tech Leader , to assess business requests to identify protentional opportunities that drive business growth, simplification, and standardization across the geography.

• Implements and maintains policies and procedures on application support services according to corporate standards.

• Communicates with internal business stakeholders and external parties.

• Reviews periodic reports on the issues raised and resolved and identifies trends of issues raised (problem management)

• Cascading the Global/Regional IT strategy, organizing system delivery as per the IT global/ regional roadmap

• Escalating the local needs and proposing a local strategy in alignment with corporate strategy.

IT BP will ensure effective local service management and adherence to service level agreements providing coordination, escalation, and support to Regional and Global IT Function leads in order to plan, implement and deliver high touch IT services and project deliveries.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that IT plans and strategies are aligned with business goals and that the company is maximizing the effective use of technology and innovation in its business practices.

This role acts as an IT lead for Central Europe Affiliates, within the EMEA Emerging Markets cluster and will be the primary IT contact for business. The role would additionally oversee any escalations in day-to-day support of IT, predominately through a network of third-party support partners.

Key Responsibilities

Business Engagement “IT Business Partnering” :

· Foster strong relationships with Central Europe business unit stakeholders to effectively align IT strategies with regional business objectives.

· Provide expert guidance and leadership to IT project teams, ensuring local relevance and addressing business concerns.

· Proactively identify potential risks and unintended consequences of technology changes on local business operations.

IT Programs and Projects

· IT Portfolio and Roadmap: Proactive management of technology demand, accurately setting delivery expectations, and effectively managing the technology portfolio and budget for ELC Business Units in coordination with the IT PMO, Finance, and relevant functions.

· Project Deployment: Role is responsible for facilitating and orchestrating the deployment of Global/regional initiatives in collaboration with deployment IT teams. Oversee and followup on project PM’s, to ensure they are delivered with agreed Scope, Budget, Resources and timelines.

Run IT – Business As Usual

· Oversee Local IT Service Management : Observe quality, alignment to SLAs & Business Satisfaction of Managed Service providers for local affiliate / site, escalating to Global, Regional Leads where necessary for remediation. Accountable for successful resolution and escalation of major incidents and provides local feedback via Daily Production Call. Also acts as the focal and first escalation point for global/regional IT & support ecosystems.

· Oversee Retail IT services Management: Retail IT services are managed by Affiliate Retail IT Services lead, who will Matrix report to this position. The TSM, will oversee, monitor and where require escalate IT Retail service concersn to Regional leads where necessary for attention and remediation.

IT Risk and Compliance Standards : Represents IT in local business, ensure compliance with regulatory operations such as Change controls, local regulatory and compliance needs, IT security and Privacy activities as agreed with IT and business

IT Financial Management : Actively own developing affiliate IT budgets, monitor spending against the budget and review of monthly OPEX charges to ensure financial accuracy. Control the local budget (OPEX & CAPEX) in coordination with Regional IT Finance and/or Affiliate finance.

Qualifications

· Ability to understand business requirements and translate to IT requirements and vice versa.

· Understanding of software development lifecycle, change management and turn over to production.

· Ability to drive simplification, standardization, and business opportunities identification.

· Strong vendor manager skills.

· Ability to communicate comfortably with all levels of the organization.

· General working knowledge of IT concepts and services (networks, storage and compute, desk top support, unified messaging, office automation and email)

· Experience with Business focused IT applications would be an advantage.

· Work experience in international companies in these industries will be an added advantage, ie. Consumer Goods, Personal Care, Beauty, Pharmaceutical, Fashion and Apparel or other Retail Industry.
