Are you ready to challenge yourself in a new environment and have a real impact? Mölnlycke is now looking for Account Manager Wound Care (Provinces: Lower Silesia, Lubusz, Opolskie)

Customers are at the heart of what we do at Mölnlycke, and it will be your responsibility to:

  • developing the Wound Care business (hospital area mainly) presenting commercial offers when securing new business or defending existing business;

  • meeting of sales targets in accordance with the quarter and annual sales plan;

  • developing and maintaining relationships with customers and representing the company on the market;

  • preparing and if needed support tenders (positioning, pricing, etc.) and implementing agreements in contracts according to guidelines and procedures;

  • gathering information about competitors' activities / market monitoring.

    Regional responsibility: Lower Silesia, Lubusz, Opolskie

    What you’ll need

  • Willingness to work based on a temporary contract (about 18 months) with possibility of permanent contract in the future.

  • Minimum 3 years in the B2B sales and marketing environment

    (Highly preferred: medical devices and/or other products, services or solutions for hospitals. Experience in selling other products or services based on the Public Procurement Law will be welcomed too.)
  • Experience in cooperation in wound care is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Business and goal orientation.

  • Work planning and organizational skills.

  • Independence in action in providing long-term sales projects.

  • Knowledge of English (B2).
