What you’ll do

Sr. Project Manager - CRM Compliance will lead projects deliverables focused on ensuring that our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies. This role will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing resources, and driving project execution to ensure successful compliance outcomes. Additionally, in this role you will collaborate closely with IT, legal, QA and business teams to develop and implement compliance strategies, monitor adherence, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for CRM compliance deliverables as part of initiatives, releases and audits.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive CRM compliance strategy aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards (GXP, SOX, GDPR etc..)

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and dependencies to ensure timely and successful project execution.

  • Identify potential risks and issues related to compliance deliverables and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.

  • Collaborate closely with our internal IT Compliance team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, legal, QA, and business units to define compliance requirements and objectives.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Conduct analysis of CRM systems to assess compliance with regulations and company policies.

  • Prepare and present project status reports, metrics, and compliance findings to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that CRM compliance deliverables meet established standards and requirements.

  • Conduct reviews and audits of documentation and deliverables to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring that changes are properly documented, evaluated, and approved.

  • Facilitate stakeholder acceptance of project changes and ensure that impacts are effectively communicated and managed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, project management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT compliance or CRM platforms.

  • Strong understanding of CRM platform (Salesforce.com), data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and industry compliance standards such as SOX and GXP.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure, meeting project objectives and deadlines.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
