Google Software Engineer II, Front-End, Chrome Tooling in Warsaw, Poland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).

  • 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.

  • 1 year of experience with front-end and user interface development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Angular, JavaScript, Java or TypeScript.

  • Experience in building front-end or full stack at scale.

  • Write product or system development code.

  • Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.

  • Maintain and improve the testability of the project, including writing and maintaining automated tests, and identifying and fixing test failures.

  • Implement innovative approaches to tooling on the Web by integrating cutting edge AI capabilities.

  • Streamline common web development workflows and address developer pain points with respect to Web development.
