Google Software Engineer II, Chrome Web Store - Warsaw in Warsaw, Poland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).

  • 1 year of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.

  • 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Chrome Extensions.

  • Experience in Full Stack software engineering.

  • Experience with one or more programming languages including but not limited to: Java, Kotlin, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL.

Build and maintain Chrome extension review pipelines and reviewer facing services to improve user trust.

  • Improve the review tooling and add automation to the pipeline to increase coverage.

  • Build and maintain Chrome extension review pipelines and reviewer facing services to improve user trust.

  • Work closely with other Chrome Web Store teams as well as Chrome Safe Browsing, Google Trust and safety and Cloud Safe Browsing teams.
