Citigroup Securities and Derivatives Lead Analyst (NAM working hours) in Warsaw, Poland
The Cash and FX Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for timely processing of Custody Cash and FX transactions. The overall objective of this role is to facilitate the accurate & timely processing of Custody Cash and FX transactions as well as meeting the deadline of assigned projects. This role will assist the team manager and perform supervisory duties which include 2nd level checker, reviewing and improving on existing control checklist.
Responsibilities:
Identify project resources, monitor work and budget, and mitigate risks.
Ensure satisfactory completion of daily project operations in backing of existing and new clients, including all regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement and track appropriate KPIs (key performance indicator) and SLAs (service level agreement) for the group.
Recommend and implement new systems and enhancements to cash and FX procedures.
Provide an in-depth analysis and develop solutions to issues related to cash and FX activities.
Conduct discovery and due diligence activities with clients to meet their needs.
Assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.
Advise and coach new/lower-level team members.
Qualifications:
6-10 years of relevant experience
Fluent English
Experience in Custody and financial knowledge is a must
Knowledge of Custody FX activities as a great asset
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft office working knowledge
