RTR Team Leader
About the Role:
As a CBRE RTR Team Leader you will be responsible for US processes and cooperation with external Provider
What You’ll Do:
Lead a stabile team of RTR Accountants in the CBRE US Project and monitoring teamwork through regular planning, communication and performance assessment.
Perform, supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities in line with KPI/SLA, and monitoring compliance with internal control policies and procedures.
Review SOPs prepared and updated by Team Members and optimize processes within the department.
Cooperating with RTR Manager and other Teams to achieve high standard of services.
Ensuring proper control environment in the daily operations and proper backup structure.
Contribute to the risk assessment and supporting internal and external audit requirements.
Support and motivate team members to assure constant development.
What You’ll Need:
Master’s degree in finance & Accounting is a must.
At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience in General Ledger
Knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and cooperation attitude, ability to communicate, explain and socialize procedures, solutions.
Fluency in English in speaking and writing.
Advanced computer skills, incl. MS Excel, accounting software (PeopleSoft - experience preferred)
