Boeing Poland Engineering is looking for a Program Manager (Chief of Staff) to join our Team in Warsaw, Poland .

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads development and execution of the organization operating rhythms (including leadership meetings and execution reviews) that are needed to drive performance and accountability through the organization.

  • Shapes major meeting agendas and creates content for webcasts, executive meetings and offsites.

  • Leads special project-based assignments and ensures coordination/implementation/execution are successful on behalf of leadership.

  • Tracks and drives actions around organizational measures of effectiveness in collaboration with other business units and functions.

  • Develops recommendations for leader on external engagements strategies and opportunities, prioritizing events/meetings/travel for the leader and partners with the Executive Office Administrators on calendar requirements.

  • Interface with domestic and internationally based matrixed functional leads across the enterprise to achieve business objectives.

  • Leads the development of messaging content for executive visits and briefings in conjunctions with the leader and communications interfaces and coordinates across the organization.

  • Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.

  • Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.

  • Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.

  • Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.

  • Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite in Warsaw.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Master's degree or higher education in related field of study.

  • 3+ years of experience working with Senior Leaders/Executives.

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, business planning and operations, or market analysis.

  • Fluent English.

  • Existing rights to work in Poland.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives.

  • Experience developing executive level presentations.

  • Project Management experience.

  • International experience.

  • Executive level communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Strong people skills with a high level of discretion in handling confidential information.

  • Experience analyzing and summarizing data for executive consumption, multitask effectively and use sound judgment to execute.

  • Flexibility, adaptability, prioritization - the ability to juggle and complete complex tasks independently against competing priorities, think and plan ahead, and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.

  • A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior leadership.

  • Proven ability to effectively deal with complexity and ambiguity, with little supervision.
