Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospitals, governmental entities, healthcare associations, and other assigned accounts to identify qualified leads, grow market share and increase revenue, reduce customer attrition and build GE HealthCare brand on the local market.

  • Deliver on quarterly & annual orders and revenue sales targets; maximize profit margin on equipment and service contract sales throughout all modalities of GE Healthcare portfolio.

  • Leverage knowledge of customers’ strategic goals, market position, and budget to develop offerings that deliver greater value to the customer, driving funnel growth for the region focusing on the financing and EU Funds availability.

  • Demonstrate expertise in customers’ installed base and develop technology & capital plans that map with their annual budget process.

  • Lead the account community team and orchestrate deals and long-term plans that align with a mutually beneficial strategy that contributes to increased market share, revenue, and profitability.

  • Leverage Healthcare Financial Services and other relevant financing facilities and tools to address projects funding needs.

  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams within organization

Qualifications

  • Master degree and experience in any combination of medical sales, healthcare marketing, modality expertise, clinical technology leadership in cross modality portfolio

  • Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and written to decision makers

  • Financing and EU Funds exposure is nice to have.

  • Executive and C Suite presence

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Project management exposure

  • Responsible for whole country territory
