About our Team

At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, we pride ourselves in providing solutions that directly impact our customers' ability to mitigate and manage risk.You will be based in our Warsaw office with occasional international travel when required and future opportunities to grow your career in an international business.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for achieving New Business and Revenue targets.You will engage with existing/prospective customers and promote the value of LNRS product suite in Poland within assigned industries/verticals/named accounts.You will plan, organise and execute sales campaigns to maximise revenue generation.

Responsibilities

  • Building effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makers at an assigned customer accounts ensuring satisfaction.

  • Achieving sales and renewal targets for new business in assigned territory. Developing a strategic business plan, organising and executing sales campaigns to increase market share and maximise revenue growth. Setting up annual sales plan and achieve sales target assigned by company.

  • Identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities.

  • Conducting strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs in alignment with our services.

  • Optimizing commercial strategies to meet the clients needs and influencing key players through high personal standing.

  • Maintaining accurate and informative prospect and customer records using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • Display an impressive track record of B2B sales experiences (5+ years) ideally selling Data, Technology, AML, Payments or Fraud Solutions

  • Demonstrate territory and stakeholder management at an executive level within a nurturing and strategic relationship

  • Demonstrate the ability to execute sales strategies and communicate them to a wide range of audiences

  • Have excellent Key/Strategic Account Management experience in Sales and client retention using solution and consultative selling approaches

  • Have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to articulate a solid business case to senior professionals

  • Fluent Polish (C2) and English - mandatory
