Insight Global Network Administrator in Warrendale, Pennsylvania
Job Description
Candidate will support the retail network infrastructure through basic Tier 1 support. They will be working off of a JIRA ticketing system to fulfill requests and support multiple stores nationwide. He/She will partner alongside the help desk team to support cross functional groups with general networking assistance.

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
- Tier 1 Ticketing Support
- Extremely personable, strong communication, and connectivity
- Familiarity with Cisco Switches
- General networking knowledge & capabilities for ex. OSI model, TCP/PIP Flows, cloud connectivity
- Wan circuits and vendor admin (opening tickets with carriers, following up on tickets)
- Physical cabling network cables Plusses:
- Familiarity with SD WAN
- Experience working in a Cisco environment
- Palo Alto Firewalls
- Experience working with Meraki
- Experience with monitoring tools i.e. SolarWinds null
