Youngstown Area Goodwill Store Manager in Warren, Ohio
Warren Store - Manage, operate, and supervise retail store operated by Goodwill Industries. Responsible for all scheduling and hiring of new employees. Safe-guard store cash, mid-day, and night bank deposits. Must have math skills to use cash register and complete store paperwork. Establish work schedules to ensure smooth running operations. Ensure store equipment is kept in proper working order. Will have occasional short deadlines. Will be fair-minded but firm in direction. Will train. Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and adequate auto insurance. Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.
