Job Description Summary Must be able to WORK & TRAIN on any shift (Day or Night). Position openings may change with production needs Job Description * Ensures product quality is monitored and tested in compliance with established procedures, specifications, and instructions. * Reports quality related problems to the lead lab tech and Q.A. supervisor. * Analyzes data and trend situations. * Properly records out-of-grade situations. * Provides accurate, complete, and timely documentation of test results. * Communicates with Q.A. leads and production employees to ensure all specifications are controlled. * Assists the processing and/or packaging departments as needed. * Performs other functions as directed. Basic & Preferred Qualifications * Maintain a good attendance record * Communicate well in English in both written and oral form * Safely use chemicals required for testing or cleaning * Meet sensory demands of tasting, smelling, feeling, and seeing * Add, subtract, multiply, and divide using a calculator * Stand for long periods of time * Lift up to 40 lbs * Climb stairs and ladders. * Work safely and be willing to participate in Lamb Weston safety programs * Work independently with little or no supervision * Periodically work overtime as required * Follow company policies and procedures Industry-Competitive Benefits Coupled with our compensation and bonus incentive programs, our benefits deliver rewards that are market competitive.
