Description
We are offering an amazing employment opportunity for a Billing Specialist in Monmouth County, New Jersey. This role will involve full cycle billing and processing tasks, as well as project coordination.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full cycle billing processes for projects
• Liaise with project managers and budget reconciliation
• Operate accounting software systems to maintain accurate records
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
• Perform accounting functions and billing functions as required
• Handle claim administration and collection processes
• Provide exceptional customer service in resolving credit inquiries
Requirements
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
• Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Excel is necessary
• Understanding of Accounting Functions is essential
• Experience with Billing Functions is a must
• Knowledge of Claim Administration is important
• Familiarity with Collection Processes is needed
• Excellent Customer Service skills are required
• Project Coordination experience is necessary
