Overview
How You’ll Make an Impact
Epsilon is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst (SFSA) to join the Financial Systems team. As a SFSA, you will be responsible for the implementation of new technology and the support of existing solutions and processes that support our Financial Planning and Sales Compensation functions. The SFSA will report to the Senior Director of Finance and work closely with teammates, users, and the greater finance/IT organization with our financial forecasting tool, Prophix.
What You’ll Achieve
Act as the primary business systems support for the Prophix financial system (regular data integrations, monthly actuals, and scenario structure management).
You will be responsible for system updates, process and system integration management, hierarchy maintenance and the creation of new processes by coordinating with FP&A, internal and external system support/development, and other key stakeholders.
Build, create, and maintain BRD’s/FRD’s and work directly with individuals across the organization including finance, accounting, and internal IT (hardware, software, networking, and DBA’s).
Be an ambassador for the Financial Systems team to proactively ensure maximum utilization of technology. This SFSA will be able to evaluate reporting needs and suggest improvements if need be.
Who You Are
What you’ll bring with you
Bachelor’s degree required
Knowledge of ERP systems, structures, and corporate financial reporting required
3+ years of professional experience with financial systems administration
Technical experience with financial forecasting tools
Advanced Excel skills, including financial/ operational modeling (for validation of configuration)
General understanding of relational and multi-dimensional database structures and uses
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
