Job Description: Media and Marketing and Branding Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Media and Marketing and Branding Specialist to join our team. This role is vital in creating and managing visual content across multiple social media platforms to promote our vacation rental properties and real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing engaging content, managing social channels, and analyzing marketing data to maximize the effectiveness of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:

    • Develop and produce high-quality visual content tailored for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
    • Create compelling content focused on booking homes and client acquisition.
    • Design and produce visual content for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Kalo Homes.
  • Marketing and Branding:

    • Craft and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement for our vacation rental propertiesand real estate sales.
    • Collaborate on marketing campaigns aimed at client acquisition and retention.
  • Social Media Management:

    • Manage and maintain a strong presence across all social media channels.
    • Build and nurture an organic audience through engaging posts and interactive content.
    • Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely manner.
  • Influencer Collaborations:

    • Identify and reach out to influencers for potential collaborations to broaden our brand's reach and impact.
  • Advertising and Budget Management:

    • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns within budget constraints.
    • Ensure that all paid advertisements are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Data Analysis:

    • Analyze marketing data to track performance and effectiveness of content and campaigns.
    • Use insights from data analysis to adjust strategies and optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and comprehensive marketing strategies.
    • Assist with various tasks and projects as needed to support overall business objectives.
