Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer for 2nd and 3rd shifts to perform maintenance on plastic cutline extrusion equipment. This role involves preventative maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and machine upkeep as required.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on plastic cutline extrusion equipment
Conduct preventative maintenance and machine upkeep
Troubleshoot electrical issues
Pull conduit and wire
Wire control panels
Work with electrical systems up to 480V
Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times
Essential Skills
Mechanical maintenance
Electrical maintenance up to 480V
Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
Wiring control panels
Preventative maintenance
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Electrical troubleshooting PLC frequency drives
Experience with plastic cutline extrusion equipment
Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance
PLC troubleshooting
3-5 years of previous maintenance experience in electrical and mechanical fields
Ability to lift 50+lbs
Comfortable standing for the duration of the shift

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wadsworth, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.50/yr.
