Responsibilities
- Maintain equipment through the execution of the preventive maintenance program.
*Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues causing equipment failures.
*Consult equipment manuals, schematics, electrical diagrams, and engineering personnel to efficiently troubleshoot and solve equipment problems.
*Demonstrate a general understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
*Ability to operate machinery such as forklifts, extended boom lifts, scissor lifts, and production equipment.
*Troubleshoot/repair facility and equipment pneumatic systems.
*Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V. Replace electrical motors, motor conductors, fuses, and breakers.
*Ability to work at heights to service overhead cranes.
*Willingness to work with PLC's and troubleshoot issues with equipment.
*Comfortable working in multiple environments to support all production areas.
*Ability to install conduit in an industrial application.
*Maintains a safe and organized workstation and follows all company policy and safety procedures.
*Preform other duties as assigned.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
