RCM Technologies Veeva CRM Project Manager in United States

Contract/FTE Job Title: Veeva CRM Project Manager Compensation: up to $100/hr. Location: Remote Length of Contract: 6-12 mths. Position Description: The Veeva CRM Project Manager is a role within the RCM Life Science Consulting organization. The Veeva CRM Project Manager will be responsible for leading implementation and upgrade projects around CRM (and related technologies) for RCM’s Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Healthcare Medical Device) clients. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with client Commercial Sales and Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver Veeva CRM and related technology solutions in alignment with key business priorities.

  • Responsible for overall project definition, management, and tracking, covering the entire lifecycle, from project definition and business requirements gathering, through implementation, including integration, training, data migration, go-live, support and closeout, including standard functionalities and custom developments.

  • Manage implementation team (internal and external) including Developers, Analysts, BAs and QA/Testing resources.

  • Manage the project financials and ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget

  • Provide consistent and clear communications between all project stakeholders and report on progress to the Executive Steering Committee.

  • Drive issue troubleshooting and issue resolution activities.

  • Manage Change of Scope requests and the Change Order process

  • Develop and maintain project metrics and prepare status reports and for client leadership.

    Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Field Organization business strategies, processes, and operations within a commercial Life Science environment.

  • 10 years' experience in project management with a strong track record for on-time and on-budget performance while leading large, complex projects.

  • Extensive Veeva CRM background and demonstrated understanding of the key processes and sub-processes specific to Life Sciences.

  • Strong understanding of project management concepts and service delivery best practices including Business Analysis techniques and Agile methodologies.

  • String understanding of resource management, budget management and issues management in a professional services environment.

  • Understanding of Date Migration and Data Integration activities.

  • Good functional knowledge of Life Sciences commercialization processes.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with technical and non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams.

  • Keen attention to detail and proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.

  • Expertise in one the following areas is Required:

  • Veeva Sales CRM, Veeva Medical CRM, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud

  • The following Qualifications are a plus:

  • Experience with Commercial Data (KOL, HCP, HCO, Prescription, Sales Territories etc…)

  • Experience with Ancillary Veeva products (OpenData, Link, Align, PromoMats etc.
