We are seeking a Senior Technology Business Partner to join our growing Business Relationship Management (BRM) team within the Strategy and Planning department. This is a highly collaborative team responsible for ensuring optimal quality and value of our technical offerings to our associates, bridging the gap between business units/users and our enterprise IT operations, and maximizing the benefits of technology in the furtherance of our corporate business goals. This position will provide direct support primarily to the internal Jack Henry OutLink and Credit Union Solutions business partner groups and others as needed.

This position will be demanding and requires a strong self-starter mentality with effective time management skills and experience in a managed IT services environment. The current BRM team is made of two other relationship managers and a contributing director.

This position can be based to work out of any of our Jack Henry office locations or remote from any US location. Salary range for this position will be $75-140k, depending on candidate experience and geographic location.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Represent business strategies and priorities to IT from the supported business partner(s).

  • Represent the vision and strategy of IT to the business

  • Works with internal stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies.

  • Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of service catalog concepts.

  • Works with the business to develop requirements for IT related projects, including ROI and other metrics which support business value.

  • Works with IT to develop plans that support project requirements, potential solution design, and costing.

  • Track industry developments and apply knowledge to BRM discipline.

  • Work with business and IT to design and improve processes for maximum value.

  • Understand the trends and drivers for the financial services industry which impact business priorities.

  • Oversee and ensure resolution for escalated IT issues.

  • Participate in short and long term strategic planning sessions with the business.

  • Manage stakeholder satisfaction with all IT Services.

  • Engage with Service Owners to ensure effective delivery of IT services.

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

    What you'll need to have:

  • Must have a minimum of 6 years in a professional enterprise technology environment.

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with Financial Core Processing technology solutions.

  • Must have user or customer-facing experience in a technical role.

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with executive leadership on business-specific objectives.

  • Must be able to travel up to 10% to attend meetings, training, and/or visits to other Jack Henry office locations.

    What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Ability to lead and drive critical technology efforts through collaborative communication efforts.

  • Ability to complete BRM Training and obtain BRMP certification.

  • Proven ability to lead implementation of Financial strategy deliverables.
