We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Owner to join our IT Supply Chain Solutions - Logistics team. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategically align supply chain goals with technology solutions to enhance the associate and customer experience.

  • Collaborate with partners, including business units, IT teams, and third-party providers to gather, define and analyze technical requirements to develop business solutions and acceptance criteria.

  • Work with business collaborators, process SME’s and Solution architects to support application development, testing, and enhancement prioritization.

  • Facilitate solution sessions to address sophisticated business challenges and identify innovative technical solutions.

  • Ensure the product roadmap aligns with strategic objectives.

  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and business needs. This would include periodic field visits and interaction with field personnel.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the product, communicating progress and addressing concerns from partners.

  • This role will evolve to include building and leading a team of direct reports to manage and drive business requirements in this area.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a computer related or Business-related field

  • Prior experience as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role in a Supply Chain related field.

  • Experience with managing SaaS applications, delivery/routing management software, fleet optimization, 3rd party logistics and final mile applications is a plus.

  • Solid grasp of software development processes and methodologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Experience with solutioning and designing technical products that meet business needs.

  • Experience with IT Infrastructure, cloud platforms and application development lifecycles including waterfall and agile methodologies.

  • Excels at overlaying stakeholder visions, goals of projects, and mandatory requirements of various functional IT departments.

  • Comfortable with leading designs outside of comfort zone – learning recent technologies while contributing to strategic requirements.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail oriented.

  • Ability to build technical design documents and presentations using Microsoft Visio and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$5,444.76 - $11,921.25

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
