POSITION PROFILE
The Specialist II, Technical Sales Smart Vision Business will develop and execute key strategic initiatives including partnership and enterprise client acquisition to elevate our RICOH360 business to the next level.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Lead key strategic business developments in RICOH360 business
By working with the sales and marketing leader, lead and execute the acquisition of mid and large level enterprise clients
Acquire new strategic partners and enterprise clients
Reach out to the potential partners. Execute the negotiation and finalize the agreements with the potential candidates.
Plan and execute acquisition of new targeted market segments
Execute client, market and competitor analysis
Plan and execute other marketing activities when required
Participate in execution of day-to-day operations of the RICOH360 Solutions
Performs other duties as assigned by the Smart Vision business owner
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
Typically requires:
Bachelor's or master's degree.
Min of 3 years in Sales and Marketing activities. Sales experience for mid or large level enterprise is a plus.
Min of 1 year of experience in starting or developing a new business in a growing stage
Min of 1year of experience and proven track record in successfully making partnershipagreements.
Experience in information technology services and SaaS business or related field
Have demonstrated ability to execute under pressure and deadlines and must be flexible with tolerance and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in solution for real estate or AEC industry is a plus

Excellent presentation pitch and talking skills with clients and partners from the point of what we can offer to support their business and ourselves. This is 80% hunting and 20% following up on the business
Ability to quickly learn our products in order to present, demo, train and coach prospective customers
Real estate or AEC construction industry experience and familiarity will not be mandatary but ability to learn quickly is required
Working Conditions, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is a remote work position
Requires Travel 20% to customer and partner locations, tradeshows and Ricoh's other office locations
Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data and instruction · prepare, provide and convey diversified information.
Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files, and small parts, etc.). Moderate dexterity and· regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
