レストランやホテルでのシェフ経験が7年以上ある方

高い調理技術と創造力を持ち、チームワークを大切にできる方

リーダーシップを発揮し、スタッフを指導できる方

食品衛生法の知識を有し、清潔で安全な調理環境を維持できる方

待遇:

年収400~500万円

賞与あり 年2回(6月・12月)/前年度実績 4 カ月支給

住居手当あり

交通費支給(私有車通勤可)

年間休日104日

年次休暇 :初年度12日、2年目15日、3年目18日、4年目以降20日付与

We are now seeking a passionate and talented Sous Chef to join our team.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Assist the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen operations

-Develop menus and propose dishes using seasonal ingredients

-Order and manage food supplies, control costs

-Maintain hygiene standards and train kitchen staff

-Deliver high-quality dishes and enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

-Minimum 7 years of experience as a chef in a restaurant or hotel

-High culinary skills and creativity, with a strong sense of teamwork

-Leadership ability to guide and mentor staff

-Knowledge of food safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment

Compensation and Benefits:

-Annual salary: ¥4,000,000 to ¥5,000,000

-Bonuses: Twice a year (June and December)

-Housing allowance

-Transportation allowance (private car commute allowed)

-Annual holidays: 104 days

-Annual leave: 12 days in the first year, 15 days in the second year, 18 days in the third year, and 20 days from the fourth year onwards

-Special leave: Available (for marriage, childbirth, bereavement, seasonal holidays, anniversary leave, etc.)

-Retirement benefit system: Available

-Social insurance: Health insurance (Kansai Electric Power Health Insurance Association), welfare pension insurance, employment insurance, and workers' compensation insurance
