About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Sales Enablement Manager with a strong background in sales training specifically in B2B SaaS with mid market experience. This role will play a crucial part in equipping our sales team with the knowledge, skills, and resources essential for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a robust sales enablement strategy tailored to the unique demands of the Proptech industry, closely aligned with organizational goals
Develop sales trainings geared toward various sales methodologies and selling techniques (gap, solution, consultative)
Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, materials, and resources that enhance the capabilities of the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, market trends, competitive positioning, and effective sales methodologies
Work and build out paths in Highspot LMS platform
Collaborate closely with sales leadership, product management, and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and collateral throughout the sales cycle
Utilize sales performance metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted enablement initiatives to address gaps effectively
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of training effectiveness, adjusting programs as necessary to maximize impact and ROI
Act as a subject matter expert on Proptech industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, providing strategic insights to support decision-making processes
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization, promoting an environment conducive to high performance and professional growth
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years experience with proven track record in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role within the Proptech industry
3+ years experience in developing and implementing impactful sales training programs
3+ years experience designing and implementing sales training paths in an LMS (preferably Highspot or similar)
3+ years experience designing training programs that include (gap, solution, consultative) sales methodologies
1+ year of previous B2B sales experience with successful record of exceeding KPIs
Knowledge of the Property Management industry
Passion for driving innovation
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively articulate complex concepts
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all organization levels
Analytical mindset with proficiency in leveraging data and insights to drive informed decisions
