Product Specialist - Systems

Product Specialist-Systems

We are currently seeking Product Specialist-Systems to join the Business systems and applications Team. As part of the team, you will be instrumental in advancing the disciplines within Darwin ( Internal facing claims management platform) and Digital releases, deployments, and testing. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes in conjunction with business and technology teams. Comprehensive training on existing systems will be provided to the selected candidate.

What are my accountabilities?

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to establish operational processes that support administrative, development, testing, and release management activities.

  • Managing business systems and applications tickets in ServiceNow.

  • Supporting the business with Darwin(Internal facing claims management platform) or Digital initiatives, as assigned.

  • Acting effectively as a liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development team.

  • Working independently with members of the user community to define and scrutinize the size (cost) of proposed future development requirements.

  • Reporting on issues and deliverables.

  • Assisting in the development of training materials and providing support to end-users.

  • Managing system documentation and ensuring all processes are accurately recorded.

  • Participating in system testing and quality assurance processes

  • Maintain accuracy of all learning materials

About you :

  • Proven ability in both stakeholder management and a basic understanding of claims and loss adjusting would be beneficial

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Previous experience in level one helpdesk or Customer Service would be desirable
