Paychex Manager, National PEO Specialty Sales - HR Services in United States
Overview
Manages National PEO Sales Representatives within HR Services to attain established sales quotas in accordance with corporate guidelines to increase client base through the implementation of specifically approved sales and marketing programs.
Responsibilities
Manages the achievement of corporate objectives by individual product line within area of district responsibility and within budgeted financial guidelines.
Recruits, selects and directs sales staff in meeting or exceeding corporate goals. Monitors attainment versus forecast and takes corrective action when necessary.
Identifies potential management candidates and brings to the attention of the Director.
Projects a positive image in representing the corporation to clients and the community.
Works with operations to develop mutual objectives and problem-solving issues using partnership principles.
Ensures accuracy of weekly activity reports and audits commission and expense reports.
Initiates, participates in, and supervises on-going training of assigned sales representatives in technical knowledge, competitive knowledge, and sales skills knowledge.
Provides direction and prioritization for sales activities being performed by the staff to ensure that objectives are consistent with those for the PEO Sales organization and revenue attainment is met.
Develops strong relationships with internal business partners in order to influence behavior that benefits National PEO Sales strategic direction.
Gathers and analyzes sales stats in order to provide PEO Projections to Senior Management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing
2 years of experience in Sales leadership experience.
Previous PEO Experience.
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $105,000.00 to $125,000.00 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
