We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Electrical Systems Automation Engineer to join our team in Dubai .

What you’ll do:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Automation products /solution and application , design principles, and applicable codes. Responsibilities include designing, analyzing, and implementing LV electrical systems for industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and specify electrical systems Automation & PLCS for Commercial & Industrial projects including O&G for power distribution and control systems

  • Analyze Automation /PLC requirements, calculate voltage drop, and determine appropriate drives , VFDs , PLCs etc solutions to propose.

  • Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications

  • Close engagement with Consultants/PMCs for technical approvals.

  • Troubleshoot electrical system problems and provide technical support to network of Panel Builders

  • Stay up-to-date on latest electrical codes and standards

  • Collaborate with End Users/Contractors & Consultants on project development and early engagement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputed institute.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical system design for industrial applications

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of IEC, IEEE, NEC other applicable electrical codes and standards

  • Proficient in electrical design software

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
