Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • The Learning and Development Manager will champion a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization, promoting engagement and employee growth opportunities. The individual in this role must exhibit a broad range of L&D practitioner skills that include developing curriculum with stakeholders, facilitating occasional workshops, leading, or assisting with content creation for delivery, managing a LMS platform, and supporting a comprehensive engagement strategy that is aligned with the company's objectives. This role will provide guidance and supervision for a Learning and Development Analyst, work closely with employees at every level across the organization in addition to external vendors and providers.

    Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full end-to-end program execution of learning & development initiatives, including learning needs analysis, creation, developing and maintaining training materials and online training content tailored to business needs, ensuring alignment with V2X culture, policies, and general regulations.

  • Create, implement, and update effective learning programs of varying size and complexity for a diverse global audience in a hybrid work environment; Partner closely and collaborate with senior stakeholders and leadership on key learning initiatives and/or courses.

  • Lead operational aspects of our learning and development programs and team activities to include coordinating logistical aspects of all virtual and in-person training programs delivered by the L&D Team, such as maintaining the master calendar, event planning and scheduling, catering, equipment, etc., and any associated purchase orders (POs).

  • Continuously assess the quality and effectiveness of training programs and make necessary recommendations and improvements based on feedback and emerging industry best practices. Utilize metrics and data analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of L&D initiatives, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

  • Conduct needs assessment, identify learner gaps, analyze data, and make recommendations for content enhancements and/or improvements to further increase learner engagement and close learner gaps

  • Manage the process for administering, reporting, and action planning for various surveys; Drive engagement and improve feedback from surveys.

  • Manage and refine performance standards and indicators and aligning employees' work with those standards that will be used to measure and evaluate the performance of employees across the organization.

  • Provide leadership, support and advocacy to the onboarding and offboarding process to include new strategies and programs to streamline the process while maintaining effectiveness.

  • Completes other duties as assigned and performs other duties as assigned, complying with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Education: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

+ + Bachelor’s degree and seven years’ experience or bachelor’s degree and ten years’ experience.

  • Degree in training related field or equivalent experience.

  • Experience:

  • A minimum of 7 years of corporate learning & development experience, with at least 4 years designing and implementing learning strategies, organizational development programs, and technical skill development initiatives

  • 2+ years’ experience of curriculum development experience, with the ability to create engaging learning content for diverse learning needs for delivery both virtually and in-person

  • Experience working with in-house facilitators, instructional designers, learning vendors, and senior stakeholders

  • Strong knowledge of learning methodologies and modalities with experience designing and facilitating for diverse, global populations

  • General understanding of HR fundamentals and practices

  • Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in a larger global corporation.

  • Proficiency in the use of data and analytics to develop insights and guide decisions.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to lead and or facilitate multiple projects simultaneously .

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional services environment

  • Sound leadership skills, with experience leading people

  • Ability to develop, cultivate, and manage relationships with corporate business partners while driving excellence for all service

  • Skilled in working collaboratively across the enterprise in a senior leader role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability the ability to interact professionally with senior leaders and present concise briefings that lead to optimum decision making

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends.

  • Technology:

  • Proficiency in utilizing learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.

  • The successful candidate’s starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

  • The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.

  • USD $ 80,000 - 150,000

  • Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
