Position Summary:
We are seeking multiple skilled HVAC Install Technicians and multiple experienced HVAC Service Technicians.
The ideal candidates will work efficiently with great attention to detail and possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, our install and service teams. Our company is growing in both the new install, service swap-out, and service work and we are looking for the right team members to join and support our growth. 3+ years of HVAC experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform HVAC unit installations (Install Tech)
Conduct HVAC service and repairs (Service Tech)

Requirements:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check
3+ years of HVAC experience required
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
Excellent customer service skills for interacting with customers
